We transformed this original 900 square foot Southeast Portland home into a dramatically expanded custom residence with approximately 1,500 square feet of additional living space and a newly constructed garage addition.
The project included a full exterior renovation with new roofing, siding, windows, exterior envelope upgrades, and extensive structural additions designed to blend seamlessly with the original home.
Inside, the remodel included new living areas, a custom primary suite, bonus room, multiple bathroom remodels, custom tile work, updated plumbing and electrical systems, modern finishes, and handcrafted details throughout the home.
The backyard was completely reimagined with a custom patio, covered outdoor areas, balcony space, and integrated fire pit entertainment area designed for year round Pacific Northwest living.
